Option 1: Merchant account (x-mid)

Funds are debited from the account linked to the merchant.

amount	Payout amount (number; precision limits in /public/assets).
asset	Ticker (USDT, …).

client	Stable customer id.
address	Recipient address on the target network.
fees_on	0 — fee on merchant, 1 — on user (per Cobrex docs).
callback	Webhook URL.
